AC System Service Plans

We have three comprehensive plans to help you protect your air conditioning system, just choose the one that's best for you.

Sure Start℠

Make sure your home cooling system starts right every spring. Don't wait until it's too late to find out if your AC is working. Call to schedule a Sure Start tune-up early in the spring to ensure that your system runs smoothly and more efficiently all summer long. Our technicians are available for Sure Start appointments between 8am and 5pm on normal business days from May 1st to September 30th. Scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions. Our 10-point Sure Start tune-up will:

• Lubricate all moving parts
• Check refrigerant
• Check belt and adjust tension
• Meter voltage and amperage
• Check filters
• Check lock-out circuits and starting contactor
• Check condensing unit wiring
• Clean and adjust thermostat
• Check condensate drain
• Adjust exposed dampers to cooling position

CoolGuard™

Be cooler and get up to 15% off! With CoolGuard, we're available to take your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can get repairs done quickly before they become bigger problems. There's no diagnostic fee if service is performed between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions. (Diagnostic fees may apply if you request service at other hours or on federal holidays and weekends). You'll also get:

• Sure Start tune-up
  To make sure that your system runs efficiently and smoothly, we provide a 10-point tune-up each year. You can schedule this between 8am and 5pm on normal business days from May 1st to September 30th.
• 15% discount
  If you need repair work, we provide a 15% discount off regular rates.
• Quality repairs
  Our technicians are professionally trained and experienced to fully understand how your AC system integrates with your entire home comfort system.

Be the coolest and get all the benefits of CoolGuard -- including major parts. For additional parts coverage, get our best AC service plan -- CoolGuard Plus. This comprehensive plan includes parts and labor on any of the following covered items:

• Blower wheel
• Blower belt
• Contactor
• Fan center
• Fan relay
• High pressure control
• Run capacitor
• Start capacitor
• Step-down transformer
• Drive pulley
• And a professional, friendly technician
